Humphrey Colquhoun was born about 1510 in Luss, Dumbartonshire, Scotland and died January 1538.

He married Helen Graham. She was born about 1510 in Montrose, Scotland. She was the daughter of William Graham and Annabel Drummond.

Their children were:
